Hotel Bristol Zermatt

What an excellent stay at Hotel Bristol! We were delighted with the cleanliness and maintenance of the room. The bed, bathroom, and heater all worked perfectly. The location was fantastic, with a fine view of the Matterhorn peak right in front of the hotel. The bus shelter right outside was also very convenient. We especially enjoyed the breakfast at Hotel Bristol, particularly the DIY egg station where we could customize our own egg dishes. we highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Zermatt.

Great facilities and location, with excellent saunas, pool, and a convenient ski bus stop just across the street.

Some rooms had twin beds instead of a double, and there were issues with room amenities and Wi-Fi access. Lack of proper air conditioning and designated smoking areas on the terrace also posed discomfort.

This makes it super convenient for trekkers and friends wanting to explore the beautiful surroundings. You can easily stroll down the Kirche Strasse and immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of Zermatt. The hotel also offers stunning views, with some rooms even overlooking the majestic Matterhorn. The rooms themselves are clean and comfortable, offering a great place to relax after a long day of hiking or exploring. The staff is friendly and always ready to assist you with any queries or requests. the hotel's breakfast offers a delicious variety of options to fuel yourself for the day's adventures.

The hotel's wifi can be a bit spotty at times, which can be frustrating for guests who need a reliable internet connection.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location was fantastic, just a short stroll away from the cable car station. It was also slightly away from the main shopping street, which I found to be a nice change of pace. The highlight, however, was the breathtaking view of the Matterhorn mountain from my room's balcony. It was truly awe-inspiring to wake up to such a magnificent sight. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The basic amenities provided were more than sufficient for my needs, and the room itself was clean and well-maintained. Lastly, the breakfast included in my stay was varied and delicious, with options to suit everyone's taste. this hotel offered great value for money, with its stunning views, convenient location, attentive staff, and satisfying amenities.

The hotel's prime location near the city center and train station, coupled with their free shuttle service, make it convenient for any tourist. The rooms are well-appointed and some offer stunning direct views of the Matterhorn. A generous and delicious breakfast is served with a wide variety of options. The hotel offers excellent facilities, including internet access, free use of iPads, and a boot room. The staff is incredibly friendly and provides a warm reception throughout the stay.

Great location close to shops, restaurants, and ski station. Room was spacious, clean, and had a great balcony view. Breakfast was top-notch with plenty of options including fresh bread, jam, fruit, and hot dishes like fried eggs. Friendly and helpful staff. Free shuttle to and from the train station.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The view from my room was amazing, with a clear sight of the iconic mountain. The staff were attentive, providing excellent service and promptly fulfilling my request for a baby cot. The hotel also offered convenient porter service, a huge help considering we had multiple luggages. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated in the center of the city near Kirche Strasse and close to bus stops for easy transportation to the gondolas. the cleanliness, facilities, and breakfast exceeded my expectations.
